This is Felix the Phoenix from Phoenix Medium Rare 2D version. Some of my friends asked me what the birds name is so I named him Felix. Its a quirky name for a quirky film. I heard somewhere that it means Happy in Sweden or somewhere so I believe it suits. I wanted to make a few giffs for the blog but I can't get them to work, properly of the blog site right now, I can only get them to work as a post. so I'll post this one up for now. It was all done in TVPaint, all the animation, all the airbrushing and shading of the bird. I'll be also putting a link to the two student films I've worked one that were my original concept so I'll see you soon.
